Youth as Possibility Chicago, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer-intensive, community-based organization working in the Englewood community. The program involves the partnering of males, age 14-18 with trained adult mentors, providing one-on-one mentoring for up to one year. Through counseling, intervention workshops, leadership development training and support from trained mentors; youth will be guided to transform their lives. Youth who volunteer to participate will be supported to achieve educational and other goals.
